Amazon
Unfortunately, Amazon. Both financial and learning
Nike probably has a nicer wlb and a very very nice campus but not a strong tech culture. Nike’s campus would close for Fridays between Memorial Day and the labor days and people would get that time off. You will have to confirm with the Nike recruiter if this policy is still in place. You probably will learn a lot more at Amazon but your wlb can suffer. There are different trade-offs
Nike seems to be using a pretty cool stack for data engineering - airflow , sql, pyspark, kubernetes, databricks. I’m afraid Amazon might just stick with AWS products.
WLB is great at Nike, still get Friday's off memorial day to labor day
Ask for L5
You did not get the memo on the new TC?
This offer was given to me this Thursday. I’d imagine it’s already accounted for the new TC policy.
This is on the lower end of the new comp
Nike. Amazon package does not worth the pip
Amazon. It would be stressful but give it 2 years. Better from financial and learning perspective and growth perspective with regards to future offers.
