Got promotion during PERM filing, does it matter?

I got promoted during PERM filing, also going to file i140. does the title change afftect the PERM and i140? #perm #i140 #greencard Thanks

If your title changes, then it does.

It can be both ways. If the new role is 50% or same as previous role, then not required. Titles change all the time. What matters is the role.
