Got terminated by Amazon in probation period. Need referrals for backend engineer positions

Blind isn’t exactly the Department of Labor that folks need to report a job change ! Once you get in on a company account you keep it as long as you don’t get banned or blind decides to reverify you.

Ohh it wasn't PIP. When you join you are on probation. My manager told me that they have guidance to do performance reviews and fire some people. So, my was termination in probation. But he did say it is because of the guidelines from upper management.
Yes , very common. In a good market everyone passes probation, but when companies trying to find where to cut HC , people in probation are the easy target. Dont need to justify the ellimination of role at all. employment is not at will in the UK.
