Grab India offer

Hi everyone, I just received an offer from grab for a G3 backend role. TC offered - 19L base + 12L/4 stocks (6L RSUs + 6L esops) + 3L (variable) performance bonus + 3L JB I'm looking for good work and career growth. WLB is not much of a concern unless it's too bad.
