Grab Lead Compensation India
Dear Blind Community, Currently interviewed for Grab Bangalore office. Pls share your thoughts on which band’s offered to a Lead Engineer & Total compensation breakup. I would appreciate your comments & suggestions ! YOE : 10 #interview #tc

For what amdocs is paying you. You should see 3x hike in TC. A lead generally gets paid in most such firms a base of 30-40 and add another 20-30 in terms of bonus and Esop. With grab Esops might be excellent as near future IPO. Welcome to the rich life sir. Btw dont let then underpay you based on current offer. Best idea is interview for another firm like Amazon or something and then just use that to negotiate further. Any base under 35, dont accept. At 10 Yoe you should be getting that.
I think it will be G5 level. Is it ?
That should get a base of 30 still. I think G5 is equivalent to SDE2/3 ie L5 level.
