Hey Everyone , Just a tech girl here who d like to know : 1) grade levels at cisco for software managers / Sr. Software managers . 2) corresponding average TC for each of the grades . G11 is usually manager/ G12 senior mgr. I have occasionally seen G10 mgrs too. The comp varies a lot..

I did refer to that site but it's a bit of a huge range ,almost 100k between some of the one s there. So thought of asking here from people who have worked there or work there currently
