Just got a IC5 offer from Coinbase. Plan to join. Any coinbase folks know whether they do batch process for the perm labor certificate? What is the timeline for perm i140 like? YOE 4.5 Current TC 270K

I can confirm day 1 and no approval needed. Just wondering whether they do batch like Google
I don't know about PERM and I-140. But for me they immediately helped with I-485 medical RFE and I-485J. Check with recruiter but I am sure they would support you right away.
