Greencard application and remaining OPT duration?

I have been working at Cisco for about 7 month with OPT and I am thinking of moving to other companies by this august, hopefully after I get the promotion (and H1B if I am very lucky) However, I've been worried about possibility that other company will reject me or won't sponsor Greencard due to my OPT remainder, which will be about 22 months. I feel like I've seen some posts talking about similar experiences. What are your companies policy regarding to this? Or even better, have you had a similar experience like this? (obviously this is not a concern if I get a H1B, but I don't think I will be that lucky.) p.s. I am not from backlogged country #opt #greencard #faang
