Hi all, I have almost 7 years of experience and I feel that I didn't learn much as compared to my experience. Currently working in a very bad organization but somehow worked hard and managed to get the opportunities in these companies. I want to grow as an engineer with some work-life balance as well, also I had to struggle hard to even get my CV shortlisted. I definitely don't that to happen ever again in the future. I may decide to move back to India somewhere near the future because of some family reasons or at least should be free to frequently (maybe via work from home or something). PS: For Amazon, I will be working with some data scientists on an ML project, for Grab it may be some internal portal and I have no idea about Booking.com so far. Update: Related post: https://www.teamblind.com/article/Amazon-vs-Booking-vs-Grab-r1sxFqyg?cid Thanks,
Grab could be better growth wise. Faster promos going forward. But the work at Amazon sounds better. Also the grind at Amazon will ensure you will learn a lot
I would probably go with Amazon because I think London is much better than Singapore or Amsterdam and it's also better for career growth. You could try moving to the US in a few years. I've definitely heard bad things about all three companies, though.
