looks like an exceptional new grad SWE offer for NYC. YOE?
Updated
Goldman, stop being a pos. You know very well that GrubHub doesn't pay top of the market, so the offer isn't gonna beat top tech at new grad level, which is around 220k. The offer here is more than GrubHub's ng offer, so clearly not new grad.
Super low RSU, and base is pretty low too. 4 as PM should have to you somewhere well into the 200s and higher if you were technical before PM. look at levels.fyi

Why would anyone want to work for GH? They’ve been losing market share for years now
Companies losing market share struggle to give good raises and bonuses 😔
@doordash, I bet some people who were recently laid off from a company who gained market share are very happy they could work for a great company who gained so much market share. Their work helped the company be the best company and they were rewarded for it. If you have promotions to attract users, you'll lose them once the promotions stop. Good luck with the economic downturn
Very low. RSUS should be double at least I’m getting more in a marketing role at MSFT with 6 years of experience. I’m in SF.
Not a PM, so not sure. Compared to tech, base looks fine. Rsu is low, but our stock price is low so you'll be getting many shares.
No annual bonuses at GH. Generally some RSU refreshers but not sure what will happen this year
If you are a PM, can I DM you for some details ?
Seems low May be negotiate RSUs, should be 250k+
Looks solid to me. How many YOE do you have?
