Gusto Eng
Anyone has insight on Gusto engineering and whether they had good culture? I got offer from them 230base, 365RSU, 136k refresh I had competing offer with FB (E5), Airbnb so i think I could be able to negotiate.
Why would you even think about Gusto if you have offers from Fb and airbnb
I'm currently at FB and considering a Gusto offer! The culture seems to be more employee focused and from everyone I've talked to, people seem happy :) Hard to tell against reviews you read online though
How long did Gusto take to come with an offer after the final rounds of interview?

YOE? What role is it for? I have an offer for Salesforce Developer, 190k Base, 180k RSU, 60k Refresh I tried 2-3 times, but no negotiation whatsoever.

Yes, offer for Gusto. I am not sure about level, I was told this is a senior role, but offer does not mention senior word or any level anywhere.
Are the RSU over 4 years or 5 years?
RSU over 4 years. Strong offer. Is this for an L5 role or L4?
Wait… those numbers don’t add up. RSU and Refresh values don’t align with any of the Eng roles.
So first year compensation would be 230k + 91.25k = 321k dollars? And second year - 321k + 136/4. I am not sure how refreshers are distributed.
@dropbox do you work in Gusto? How does that offer look?

Staff it's in the range of my current TC but just thinking about switching job in general.
