Micron offer eval
Hi guys , Role : Asic design New offer (micron) : 180k base 25k in stocks 10% bonus Current tc: 150k Problem with current role is that the work is redundant and no scope of growth . The new role offers more scope of growth . But micron had terrible layoffs last year with a huge drop in revenue and is a memory company with tight competition. I worked at Micron and absolutely hated it. It might just have been my team, too much micromanaging (daily updates and all), YMMV.

It's okay if you're in EC or Boise. WC is too low in my opinion. Intel and micron were both shit companies to work under so I think wlb will be about the same.

Micron has good future. Memory business is one of the bottlenecks in GPUs and it will be capturing higher market share as it started delivering memories for NVIDIA. Go for it i would say
