H1B Dropbox CEAC status went to Refused
Does this mean visa is rejected or it’s in admin processing? If it’s in RFE/Admin processing what’s the typical wait time for this at Chennai Consulate? Is there anyway to contact them and expedite the process incase it’s RFE? Need to travel soon.

@random4789 did you get your passport with h1b visa. I am in the sane boat. Drop box appointment was on 01/10, status changed to refused on 01/29.
So late it changed to refused. Dang Chennai consulate is a mess it seems.
Don’t worry. They may call you for an interview and then approve it. Happened with many people.
