H1B Transfer
I got my initial H1B in 2020 fiscal year with startup for specialty occupation. I got an RFE, and it was approved. Now applying for H1B transfer with public traded multi billion dollar company, and what are my chances of getting RFE again? Can I get denial? I am direct hire for both positions. I have US bachelors and masters degree. #rfe #h1b #visa

US government budget 2020 fiscal year starts at October 1st, 2019.
Been through the same scenario last month. Got RFE on 1st H1B petition. Approval without RFE for the H1B transfer to second company.
Would you mind sharing details and timeline of transfer?
1st petition RFE received in July/Aug '19, response sent and approved around Sept '19. Transfer applied on 22nd Jan. Approval on 30th Jan.
Rfe is given out like candies by uscsis . I would not worry about it and let the lawyers handle it. Join after approval and in premium processing
