H1B lottery changes
Looks like more changes to H1B. This time it’s the lottery. Good luck to folks in non FAANG or similarly situated companies. H1b was never intended for use by new college grads. really this change is to the benefit of the h1b initial purpose, importing high skill workers that cannot be found in the USA

What nonsense is this ? New Grads who are international students have no family issues (kids or spouse), no health issues and are the best kind of slaves who if you ask to grind 16 hours a day, 7 days a week would happily do that for whatever wages thrown at them. We don't have to deal with crappy pregnancy issues, paternity leaves or old age parents in india. Also note that without us, an entire 600k-800K+ international students a year will be lost out by US, thus college towns and cities will be hit miserably.
Its a disaster move by a desperate president as last attempt to win election.
