H1B speciality occupation response

I got an offer from a startup recently and received RFE to provide details on why the role qualifies as a speciality occupation and how my bachelor's degree is relevant for the role as a part of the H1b transfer. I understand it's very common now but I don't feel confident that the attorneys working on my case have a lot of experience. What can I do to make sure the response is prepared well. Need more info here. What was your undergrad in? Note that folks who had undergrad in electrical engineering have been having hard time to convince why they are qualified for the job or why it's specialty occupation.

I have a degree in chemical engineering from India. I have received same rfe in past but fragomen managed to get it approved.

How past is past ? Previous administration or current?

Use the best attorney. If you can't due to company policy then ask them to get your approval on whatever they are responding and get it reviewed by a paid consultation with the best attorneys.

Do you know who is the best on the street for RFE?

Do H1b specialty occupation RFE have a particular reason - i.e. it's due to degree or work experience
