H1B stamping in schengen region - Indian citizen

Indian nationals on h1b - did you ever have successful visa stamping from one of the schengen country. I want to get a latest H1B stamp and visit schengen region. My family members are there. Don't want to go to india for stamping for several reasons. I heard H1B stamping from US embassy in London is very smooth. Is there a schengen city where stamping in smooth?
