How many years of OPT do you have? You can’t move and keep h1b before h1b is approved. But you can give it up and try next year.

Man, you want to go through the whole thing (RFE, response, stand in line at the Chennai consulate, get 221g, sit in India for 4 months, get stamp, travel back, join work) when you're as junior as possible. Think of it as a tax you pay for having access to high salaries. While you have a ton of options on OPT, it's a good idea to go through this charade asap, assuming your existing company is not an IT consulting firm.
