H1B visa opportunites for SWE living overseas

Hey folks, I’ve been a SWE for 4 years now, doing the following: - 1 Programmer Jr (games) - 1.5 data engineering Jr/Int (games) - 1.5 full stack Int (fintech) - Moving into the metaverse space soon at Int/Senior rates (fully remote) I’m based in Australia/New Zealand and was wondering what’s the process for moving to the US temporarily was like? Ideally only for a couple of years; do some good work, then head somewhere else. But salaries—far out, they’re incredible, compared to pretty much anywhere else. So yeah, colour me as a curious cat who’d love to me on USD 200K+ TC for L2/3 onwards 😅 #tech
