H1B visa picked but not yet approved
My h1b visa was picked in lottery this year (April 2018) but my application is still in process - not yet approved. I am a bit worried about my h1b, is there anyone else who is still waiting for an approval?
Me too..but got RFE for speciality occupation..lawyer replied july 10th..so waiting since then.. Did you get RFE?
