H1B visa with 60 day company termination notice
I am with Microsoft which has 60 days termination notice for layoffs, what does it mean for visa holders, do they have 4 months (60 days notice) + (60 days Grace period) for searching a job? Please share genuine thoughts

60 days from the termination date. In the recent layoffs, the termination date is 60 days from the day the role was eliminated. So, yes you get 120 days in total. In Microsoft, you may be asked to transfer knowledge and do a proper handover. That can shave up to 12 days from the 120 days.
