H1b Stamping options in other countries for indian citizens
What are the countries where we can do this without travelling india? I’ve heard Mexico doesn’t allow this.

Where in Canada? Do you know if they do dropbox in Vancouver? I’m eligible for dropbox in India.

Pre pandemic I went to Quebec City, Canada twice for stamping. Got passport back in two days.

Middle east used to be epic for this but isnt anymore. They introduced a new queue for non-residents that nerfed it
The biggest wrinkle is that you need to know a local in most countries to be able to do this bc the portals I’ve seen only accept locally issued cards or cash payment centers.
What is this new queue for non residents? Haven’t heard of it. Have an interview coming up UAE soon and wondering what this is.
