H1b and h4 Dropbox visa status still shows as no status

Hello, My wife and I had our h1b and h4 Dropbox appt at Hyderabad location on may 23. It’s been over 7 days and our status still shows as no status on the portal. Did anyone experience this and know how long it usually takes before our application status is reflected in the portal? Is there a way I can reach out to the us embassy to know my application status ? Thanks #workvisa #h1b #visa
