I know you get 60 days to find a new job on H1 visa. But if you don’t what are the options? I can’t join a school or college on F1. I’ve a family & can’t go through all that. If I don’t get a job in 60 days & if I have to go back to my country, can I still come back to the US if I find a job & can the new employer transfer my visa? I’ll appreciate if you can share your experience & chat with me.
Going back to your home country and asking the employer to sponsor H1b is not guaranteed.
Why not? Does it have to do with uscis or employer not holding their end of the bargain thereby not sponsoring?

Satya vs Sundar
In the worst case , you have to leave the US before running out of status. Options are take admission in the university which allows 40hours work from the first day. Did you get laid off ?
Not right now but things don’t look good. Can’t trust management looking at what’s going on. Maybe to do something with acquisition. Who knows.
Trying to cover my bases & have all the information to evaluate options for my next move.
