H1b transfer premium processing timeframe
My h1 transfer petition was submitted on 07/17 for a FANG company through fragomen. I/Fragomen have not received receipt yet. Does receipt takes that long? Whats normal petition approval/rfe processing time in recent days.

Got my receipt number 3-4 days after sending the application. Also once you get your receipt number check the status on dhs website instead of egov.uscis, as the latter sometimes is not regularly updated. My application was approved last Wednesday on the dhs website, egov.uscis still shows it as pending.

Attorney received h4 ead approval and card. They are not sharing any news about h1/h4 approval. Is it really possible to have h4 ead without h1/h4 transfer approval?
What stage are you at with this? Hoping you got the receipt. Any news about approval?
Lawer called USCIS and they told case is approved. Also asked lawyer to wait 30 days for approval letter. Receipt was never received. Without proper letter i cannot resign. Asked lawer to send me case nbr at least but no response yet.
Why cant u resign before the letter?..since u know the case is approved..!!
Without official receipt or approval proof dont know if its right to resign. I dont have any official proof. Just a call by lawer to uscis with verbal info.
Lawer has not shared case nbr and dont know if they have one. They never received receipt. I have asked lawer to share case nbr if they got it by call with uscis but no response from lawer yet.
I am not sure if u need a receipt number to create an account..maybe it links thru the info it asks while creating the account..worth creating the account though
I have created account but it does not show status unless i add the case.
Ask if they have received any email with receipt number. They normally do the same day but just chose to not share till they received the hard copy
They told me that they will share once they receive electronic receipt. But i asked them yday and they said they have not received receipt. I will have to be specific bu asking electronic receipt this time.
