Times are a changing. RFE is the norm not an exception these days. That means it can easily take around 2-3 months end to end.

No. The lawyers take endless amount of time most of the times prepping response to RFE.
1. LCA preparation & submission: 2 days 2. LCA ~ 1 week 3. Your company signatures on LCA & other documents ~ 3 days 4. Submit H1b to USCIS online with pp: 2 weeks
