H1b transfer

I was working for company A got offers from company B and C and now moved to company B started working since 2 weeks and I don’t like it , Company C is big company and they are very slow to process the visa and now company C got back to me saying they started the h1b processing using company A petition and sent me a receipt notice , I would definitely like to work for company C but they didn’t get back to me after premium processing was suspended will there be a problem if I start working for company C based on receipt notice ? What should I do ?
