Got an email confirmation from CEO. HPE to acquire Juniper Networks. “The transaction is expected to close late 2024 and early 2025”. https://www.cnbc.com/amp/2024/01/09/hpe-to-acquire-juniper-networks-for-14-billion.html
What moron thought this was a good idea?
Ikr. Literally the same exact products. Expect massive layoffs.
I mean we are just as shocked as you guys.
U should start leetcode now
Not software so can’t even leetcode…..
I thought juniper is bigger than HPE. Definitely not acquisition tiny. What the stock price lock in ? 🫢
$40 per share and HPE is spending 14 bill and has market value of 20 bill. RIP HPE
Market value doesn’t determine the size of a company, revenue is a better metric. Juniper revenue is around 5 billion and HPE around 29 billion.
