Went through a lot of interviews. Already accepted an offer a while back, just figured I'd share some results.
I was gonna say go for Garmin until I scrolled down more lol
I was going to accept the Stryker offer up until the last offer I got. Figured the management experience would be worth the slightly less compensation then the other offers, up until it got blown out of the water.
Mind sharing the interview process at Garmin and Argo AI
Garmin had a hard requirement on 5 YoE for ENG SNR outside hires no matter how well you did in the interview.
That's the kinda shit that makes zero sense, either you can do the job or you can't.
