Yeah they do, I’d stay away from sharing that but it’s def not enough. I’m just trying to understand the industry standards for RSUs considering a 135k base pay. Also how easy is it for a company like Strava to give more RSUs?

Ok salary, meh RSUs, no bonus. This is unfortunate. I’d love to work on the product but looking for a big bump in TC on my next move.
I'd say ask for 160+ base for 4Yoe, some new grads are offered ~135 base now
Hey! Interesting, they seem to have a scale for the pay depending on levels (120k, 135k, 155k). I stand in the middle, don’t know if I can stretch it out as much. What do you think? I was gonna go with 150k + 20k rsu
Every company's RSU structure is different too right? Do they have a RSU scale? Doesn't hurt to ask. If you think this company will go public in the near future, more RSUs would make a lot of sense.
