Had a quarterly review meeting with senior manager [Samsung Bangalore]

In my 1 to 1 my senior manager asked me if there were any pain points I said it's been over an year since I joined and there is no development going on in the team no one knows the code and what's happening in the project I asked him if it's possible to set up a KT session from HQ or SRIB who knows the code it would be great. And he straight away said forget it we cannot request HQ to give sessions And I agree that we don't have documentation but you need to work it out on your own and help the entire team (I have 2 YOE) and then he said your performance for the first quarter is not upto the mark. I want to see the change from today onwards Let me know if he is right ? Because I am unsure how to react to this The domain is completely new to me and I have no idea about the code, and it's not just me the entire team has no idea about the code [Background]: I am the only SWC pro member in the team, and I am the only member in the team amongst new joiners who went to Korea and I am the only member who made an actual commit by doing code changes.
