Harder to qualify for a mortgage > age 43?
Wealthfront's "Path" tool is telling me over age 43 it's harder to qualify for a mortgage but doesn't offer any explanation for why that's the case or what data that's based on. Anyone know if there's truth to this?
I'm assuming this might only be true for 30 year mortgages, for the obvious reasons. Have you looked into 15 year fixed?
