I interviewed about a month ago and the recruiter communicated to me that they intend on making an offer. My skill set is a unique and a trending role, so my salary expectation is high for a manager level. I know they have an internal panel that must approve, but it has been about 2 weeks that it's been waiting approvals. There was alot of questions that the recruiter had to justify but now they are concerned because I'm leaving a role I have been in for 3 months for one of their major clients. My interest in leaving is mostly driven by location since I want to relocate. I'm just getting frustrated why they are being so diligent about my offer because my employer when I'm not in a non- compete. Just curious if anyone has experienced this.
