Has anyone ever done a large ERP (e.g. SAP) system design interview?

What are typically covered in this? I guess we cannot simply articulate a few requirements, some storage calculation, data schema, and high level design. Do we need to also articulate requirement gathering, designing Eco systems interface, etc.?
