Has anyone had an H1B approval after a H1B denial?
Just curious if anyone here has had a H1B denial and the went on to get an approval either from the same company or a different one. My petition was denied in October 2018, I got a job offer from another company and the petition is pending right now. TC: 150k.

Applied in sept before premium ended, got RFE then denied for specialty occupation in November. Re-applied in Jan, upgraded to premium in March, approved in a week without RFE. Same company. Needed some convincing but they filed again.

Yes, I got approval on Wednesday. Denied in Dec 2017.
Why was it denied?
Never got to see the denial notice but I was told it was because of Speciality Occupation. It was a level 4 wage level back then too as is my new one. Both bachelor's and Masters are in Computer Science. The lawyers felt it was a very arbitrary.
Really weird. Did the company not try to appeal or refile again?
