TC is old news and it’s getting boring. Let me see your numbers that really matter! 🙈 Body Mass Index (BMI): A measurement of how much mass your heart needs to work to support, adjusted for height. Exercise Minutes per Week (EMW): Estimate how much you exercise, walking included. Steps per Day (SD): Optionally include this number if you have a smart watch. Sleep Hours per Day (SHD): How much rest are you getting? Monthly Prescription Medications (MPM): How many different medications do you need to support you per month? Some meds are taken daily, weekly, monthly, etc., just count up how many drugs you take. Cigarettes per Week (CW): Do you smoke? How much? Alcoholic Beverages per Week (ABW): Do you drink? How much? I’ll start 😸 BMI: 23 EMW: 500 SD: 11000 SHD: 8.5 MPM: 0 CW: 0 ABW: 20 I’m looking for opportunities to increase my EMW and decrease my ABW next year 🏊🏻‍♂️🚴🏻‍♂️⛹🏻‍♂️😹

It’s not perfect I agree. Do you have a better way of measuring the stress on your heart? The risk of developing many diseases increases at 25. A more dramatic increase is seen at 30.

A cardio stress test would be a better measure as BMI doesn’t give you insight into what you are looking for.

Not planning on it for awhile. My mind is not craving it at all either, unlike those pain killers I had after getting my wisdom teeth removed. Narcotics are hella addictive.

BMI 23 EMW 300 min STP 5000 SHD 7 MPM 0 CP 0 ABW 1 Apart from this i ran 2 half marathons last year planning to run 4 or 5 in 2020 90% of the time eat home cooked food (diet prescribed by a trainer ) I was a potato couch till last year , lost around 15 lbs and got into this habit of “healthy living”
