How true is this? If Amazon does this, I'd run. That is where I draw the line. Give me options, don't enforce it.
WFH was always a temporary accommodation until employers got back the leverage. Upper mgmt feels better with people in the office. Expect this to become a norm for other companies too going forward.
I knew this about Snap, so was surprised to find that the role I'm interviewing for accommodates full remote. Any chance some teams will stay remote, or should I just assume I'll be forced back into the office if I accept an offer?
Given it just came out today, if youโre not in a remote region or singleton I assume your offer is changing
amazon can't do this without significantly impacting teams, a lot have their members across countries and continents
We singles badly need RTO, 5 days a week. Check my username.
Goto office no one is stopping you For the ones that don't want to come Don't force us There are many ways to find love, and the office isn't the best. Don't ๐ฉ where you eat
What will I get if only I go to office alone while others are working remote.
If I'm not remote I don't want to work for you anymore. Maybe if commute time counts as work time.
Start running cause rumor is Amazon is doing this in โ23, might be 3 days though.
Itโs too funny
