Heard snap is forcing people back to office
How true is this? If Amazon does this, I'd run. That is where I draw the line. Give me options, don't enforce it.
WFH was always a temporary accommodation until employers got back the leverage. Upper mgmt feels better with people in the office. Expect this to become a norm for other companies too going forward.
I knew this about Snap, so was surprised to find that the role I'm interviewing for accommodates full remote. Any chance some teams will stay remote, or should I just assume I'll be forced back into the office if I accept an offer?
Given it just came out today, if youโre not in a remote region or singleton I assume your offer is changing
