Not BI but I interviewed for 2 program manger roles this week. Both are non tech. The behavioral interviews were conducted by someone outside the team I was interviewing for. One was an SWE and the other was a DC architect. If you’ve done an Amazon loop, the questions are fairly similar. Tell me about a time you had a conflict? Tell me about your biggest failure? Tell me about a time you had to make a decision without all the information? Tell me why you want to work at Meta? Tell me about a time you had to accomplish a task without authority?
