What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Hey Blind community, I need your advice on choosing between job offers: YoE ~ 2.5 Adobe (MTS-2): - Fixed: ₹24L - Variable: ₹3L - Stocks: 58L (4 yrs) - Joining Bonus: ₹2L - Relocation: ₹2L - Annual earning opportunity: ₹42L - Attractive Adobe benefits Navan (Senior Software Engineer): - Fixed: ₹45L - Variable: ₹0 - Stocks: 8000 units (4 yrs) ($90k USD) - No Joining Bonus - Annual earning opportunity: ₹58L Stuck between Adobe's stability and benefits and Navan's higher fixed salary and stocks. Any insights on stock impact, work culture, or growth opportunities at both? Your advice is crucial! Thanks!
Navan is public?
Not yet. Certainly going public in the coming year though
Great then choose navan
How’s 58L == 90USD??
My bad...fixed it 90k USD is the total stock allocation (8000 units)
Choose navan... no brainer
How did you get the Navan opportunity?
Recruiter reached out
Seems like Navan has better TC no matter how you look at it. What org at adobe?
Adobe express...Edtech domain
Are the Navan shares options or RSUs?
RSUs
Stay well away from Navan. It is a really crap place to work. We have been trying to go public for years now...
So you guys still don't expect to go public by the end of next year?
@notvan Also would like to know more on your personal experiences
I second this, Adobe is the way to go… no contest
@bayeng33 do you work at Navan as well?
I did until I quit after a few years there. Awful culture.
Durka durka durka!
