Help for cracking internships!
Hi, My junior in college has following companies visiting their campus for internship. Any suggestions/advice for cracking the internship for these companies? - Walmart - Atlassian - Wells Fargo He has been practising the DSA questions. But hasn't been able to make through the other companies. :/ #atlassian #walmart #wellsfargo
Sure.. he hasn't been doing so well in cracking the first coding rounds in Hackerearth/hackerrank etc.
Telling you hard truth. Ask him to make friends and cheat with them. That's what everybody else is doing. Otherwise they will never ever get shortlisted. In Interviews skills and luck both matters.
Which company do you work for? I understand your answer, although it is not a dependable advice and may lead to imposter syndrome and other problems in a person. Also with current test format video should be on, tab changes are not allowed, cheating is difficult and discouraged.
