Position : Backend SDE - II Base : 40Lakhs Joining Bonus : 3Lakhs ESOPs : 6Lakhs (25% after First anniversary) Location : Bangalore Main Tech Stack : Python, MongoDb Microsoft : Position : L60 (In between software engineer 1&2) Team : Azure Base : 23L Joining Bonus : 4Lakhs Performance Bonus : 0-20% Stocks : 60000 USD (25% after First anniversary) Location : Hyderabad Main Techstack : (Depends) My current location : Hyderabad My Primary tech stack : Python YoE : 3years Help me choose the best offer out of these 2.
