What geographic location? YOE don’t matter without a frame of reference, including current TC. Splunk is a beast of a product to support. If you’re really good technically and with customer comms, then you could probably negotiate a higher base (10-30%), it really depends how technical you are and quickness to learn. Can learn a lot and grow too.
