Overall unemployment is like 3.7%. Maybe Nike is shrinking, maybe Under Armour is groowing. Maybe Cisco is shrinking, maybe Nvidia is growing much more.
2% is not that much. Anything below 5% doesn’t really have much impact on personnel numbers.
