Are we getting tired of the same reused and resurfaced corporate talking points to justify layoffs & phony restructuring? 👇 “In order to best position our business to execute on our highest priorities, and to ensure we have the capacity to invest incrementally to support our growth over time, we have made the difficult decision to restructure our team,” Link 🔗 https://variety.com/2024/digital/news/snapchat-snap-layoffs-10-percent-employees-1235898112/
They’ve always had layoffs. Evan is a terrible CEO!
Has the hottest wife of all the tech companies though. He's got that going for him.
Even Lockheed Martin is doing layoffs now, think about that
That makes the least sense of all.
Snapchat has way too many ads. It feels like a 3 minute video under Discover has 3 minutes worth of ads. Has to kill engagement.
I’m honestly curious what the upper limit is for running on advertising. Even Meta got away from pimping every Kickstarter product known to man.
Every 3 post on ig is an ad. Every 4 YouTube short is an ad. Amazon prime video now has ads. It's literally ads everywhere
Sad.
