Please share some examples where Tech Implementation Consulting folks from companies like Accenture, PwC, TCS have jumped to Tech Companies like Meta, Google. Apart from Technical Program Management roles are there other opportunities for 500k+ roles?
You won’t see that big of a jump in TC right off the bat, unless you are either a Managing Director, Principal or Partner.
I have made the intermediate jump. Now want the full deal…. What TC are you at MS? Seems like you made the jump recently too
Looking for advice to get into tech as well. 4 yoe as an implementation consultant at big 4. Use SQL and ETL tools for the most part. Have a CS degree would rather get into data engineering roles then web or software development. What tech stack should I have to hit 200k TC
4 yoe, $200k? Good luck
I am in a product company now and have options to change roles. But, can’t do software engineering at this age!
Most companies have services/delivery divisions ( MS ISD, AWS ProServe, etc)
Do they pay high enough?
500k is a big stretch, but what is your TC now
