Interviewed with Chainalysis in NYC, and landed an offer. YOE: 9 Offer breakdown: Base: 185K Annual Bonus: 12.5% ISOs: 12000 vest for 4 years The IPO date seems in near future.

Very regular interview process, I would say: 1st: HR 2nd: Coding assessment 3rd: Virtual on-site with 4 rounds (in Coding, System Design, HM) 4th: HR Manager for behavioral questions Then extending an offer, if you do well.
I think Digital Ocean is about to go public really soon this year.
