High performance, innovative company

I want to switch boats and looking for a highly demanding, innovative company. Some background: I passed out in 2021 and have already swtiched once in search of an engineering based, innovative, high pressure company. My previous company was fast paced and high pressure but had 0 innovation, I was just stitching together a bunch of Open Source solution together. I left it for a game-based startup but here I am the only backend developer and always trying to push the entire engineering team to strive for performance. The experience is okay but not demanding enough, my appetite for pressure isn't fulfilled here. PS: Not looking for HFTs, maybe a game based company? TC: 25L₹ (31K $)
