Highest L5/6 Solution Architect RSU offer
I am wondering what is the highest Initial equity you have heard of for a L5 Solution Architect. AWS/Azure/GCP/Databricks/Salesforce or others. Have you seen it cross 800k$ (I am not talking about TC, only RSU) tc:290.

If you are in the engineering team, yes, over 4 years, and 800k$ is not high at all.
L5 SA at aws 0% chance of 800k. Maybe 350 and that’s a big maybe with a generous stock growth projection
