Highest paying companies in NYC (2+ YOE)
Hello, Currently making a list of companies that pay 300k+ TC for swe’s with ~2 YOE. Please feel free to suggest any companies I’ve missed out on: Jane Street, HRT, Citadel, Google, Meta, Datadog, Snap, Amazon, Two Sigma, DropBox, Palantir, Pinterest, Atlassian, Asana, Jump trading, DE Shaw, MongoDB, Flow Traders, PDT, Adobe, Apple, Nvidia, Twitter, Slack, Airbnb, Lyft, Uber, LinkedIn, Old Mission Capital Also please feel free to lmk if one of the companies above can’t pay 300k TC at 2 YOE. I may have also missed some remote companies. TC: 185k (not at Goldman) YOE: 0

Square offered $270K for first year TC for 2 YOE recently but in Seattle. I had competing offers for $300K+ and they said it was the max they could do. Not sure if NYC pay would bring it over $300K.

Asana L4 hitting 300k will be very borderline.
