Hiring Issues on L2 EAD Visa
Do some companies have issues on hiring on L2 visa. I am interviewing from last 2 months on east coast but seeing issues in hiring loop on L2 EAD. Is this normal or currently probable due to tight market. After clearing OA/phone screen seeing HM interviews getting cancelled. Recruiter indirectly pointing to visa. Other than capital one haven't gone whole loop. Comcast recruiter directly pointed visa. Fellow Blinders any input how to tackle this problem. Why did they assume you are on a visa in the first place
No and you don’t need EAD on L2s anyways - not anymore
Never bring up your visa situation and if asked you do not need sponsorship. I advice you to check out the I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification website to know more
But recruiter specifically asks which visa you have: H1B,opt,t1 etc. What to do then ? Even Hiring manager was asking visa type n it's validity.
